 My name is Earl Payne, and I am the owner of Carolina Country Home Inspections. If you haven't visited here before please take a moment and let me tell you what we have to offer in the Home Inspection business.

1. An Experienced Inspector - I have been a licensed North Carolina General Contractor since 1981 and was licensed as a North Carolina Home Inspector in 1997. I perform all my own inspections and write my own reports. At Carolina Country Home Inspections you won't have a novice, a trainee, or even an employee doing your inspection.

The Highest Standards - Not only do we operate according to the laws of the State of North Carolina, and not only do we follow the "Standards of Practice" established by the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board, we have an even higher standard. I endeavour to perform each inspection the way I would want it done if I were buying the home.

3. Clear, State of the Art Reports - We provide clear narrative and color photographs with each report. The photos have arrows, circles, etc., pointing out problem areas, so there is no misunderstanding. This is all produced by our state of the art software, so you get a clear, professional looking report.

4. Fast Report Delivery - I can print your report at the inspection site, or you can come here to our website and download it yourself by way of a password that I will email you, or, if you prefer, I can deliver you a bound hard copy of your inspection report.

5. A Great Guarantee - It doesn't get much better than this. If you hire me and are not satisfied I will refund your money. You have that in writing.

6. A Cordial Dispostion - I don't think anyone likes to pay money for a service and then be treated like the vendor is doing them a favor to do the work. I appreciate your business and intend to treat you accordingly.

7. A Sample Report - You can review a sample report right now by clicking on "Sample Reports" in the list on the left hand side of your screen. What you will be looking at is a sample of what you will get when we do an inspection for you. We are also able to generate reports in other formats, with more or less detail, etc.. and can customize a report to your liking if you wish.
